Required Document
The required documents for submitting your application are listed below:
1- Filled out the application form
2- A copy of the last two years of school transcripts (original and translation)
3- A copy of the information page of applicants valid passport
4- A formal photo of the applicant
Uploading these documents are required for submitting an application on our system.
In case you do not have a valid passport or travel document, a copy of pictured identification card or birth certificate (along with their translations) would suffice. If there is no pictured ID card or birth certificate available, a copy of non-pictured birth certificate is fine.
It is important that the applicants invited who will be invited to the final stage of the selection process must provide a copy of their valid passport.
In case the applicant hold citizenship of another country, but they reside in Iran, they must attach documents proving their residency in Iran in Travel Document section of the application forms.
Applicants can do the translation of the documents in English themselves. For translating the academic transcripts and identification documents, we suggest that they use the below templates. These translations must reflect every detail of the original document in English.
